    If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you expected, please contact us as soon as possible with a photo and a brief description of the issue.

    We’ll review the details and work with you to find the best solution, whether that’s a replacement, refund, or alternative option.
  • Refund Processing
    Refunds are typically processed within 5 working days, returned via your original payment method.

Warranty

  • Pea Straw, Wool Mats & Pegs
    These products are designed to naturally biodegrade in your garden over time, so they are not covered by a traditional warranty.
  • Neem Oil
    As a natural product, neem oil is not covered by warranty once opened. If you receive damaged or expired neem oil, please contact us promptly with a photo and proof of purchase — we’ll work with you to find a solution.
  • WOLF-Garten Tools
    We proudly stock quality WOLF-Garten tools — all backed by a Lifetime Warranty for personal/home use.
    • What’s covered: Manufacturing faults or defects in materials for the lifetime of the product (when used domestically).
    • What’s not covered: Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, rust, or parts that naturally wear over time (such as blades, springs, or grips).

  • SOLO Sprayer Range
    • SOLO 402 2L Manual Sprayer with Lance & SOLO Classic Garden Sprayer 465 5L
      These models come with a 12-month warranty for non-commercial (personal/domestic) use. The warranty covers manufacturing faults but excludes misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized repairs, and normal wear and tear (such as seals, hoses, and nozzles).
    • SOLO Classic Backpack 475 15L
      This model has a 5-year warranty for non-commercial (personal/domestic) use and a 12-month warranty for commercial use. It covers manufacturing defects but
      excludes misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized repairs, and normal wear and tear (such as seals, hoses, and nozzles).
