FREE Delivery on orders over $40 (Auckland wide + the Mangawhai region!)
Hi, I’m Marcus, the proud owner of Auckland Pea Straw. When I took over the business in December 2022, I knew I wasn’t just delivering a product—I was delivering a solution for healthier, thriving gardens.
Growing up in rural Hawke’s Bay, I learned early on that the best gardens don’t just happen—they’re nurtured. I’ve spent years experimenting with different ways to protect and feed my plants while staying true to nature. That’s why I only sell products I personally use and believe in. Our premium pea straw is the same mulch I rely on in my own garden to enrich the soil, retain moisture, and keep weeds at bay—all while being 100% natural and eco-friendly.
Now based in Auckland with my wife Nicole and our two young daughters, I’m passionate about helping fellow gardeners get the best results. Whether you’re a backyard grower or a landscaping pro, I’d love to help you create a flourishing, low-maintenance garden.
I look forward to meeting you—and your garden—on my next delivery run!

And again in 2026 - Auckland Peastraw is so great to deal with, their product is consistently good with fast delivery. It's a beautiful thing to put over the garden, like a blanket in winter and sunscreen in summer.
