FREE Delivery on orders over $40 (Auckland wide + the Mangawhai region!)
We make delivery as simple and reliable as possible.
● You’ll receive an email the evening before delivery with tracking.
● You’ll receive another email once your order has been delivered.
● We deliver in our own sign-written vans, so you’ll know it’s us arriving.
Where We'll Leave Your Order
Add any delivery notes in the 'Delivery Instructions' box at checkout, or email us before delivery with your preferred drop-off location. If no instructions are provided, we’ll leave your order in a sheltered, safe location where possible.
Safe Deliveries
If your driveway is steep, slippery or a long gravel driveway, or we can’t see anywhere to turn around we may decide it's not safe for our fully loaded (manual) delivery van.
Steep and/or gravel driveways can be hard on our van. If we're forced to stop on an incline, it can be very difficult to get moving again without excessive clutch wear. To protect our van and your property, we err on the side of caution. In these rare cases, we'll leave your order in a safe place near your letterbox and send you a text to let you know.
Proof of Delivery
We take a photo of every delivery showing exactly where your order has been left.
If you can’t find your order, we’re quick to help!
● Orders over $40: FREE delivery to most areas between Bombay and Mangawhai.
Delivery Timeframes
Because we deliver everything ourselves, we generally wait until the van is full before travelling to each area.
Most orders arrive within 7 business days, with many central Auckland deliveries arriving much sooner.
Rural & Remote Areas
Some areas, including Mangawhai and remote outskirts, may take 2–3 weeks.
Delivery timing depends on when you order. If we’ve just been through your area, your delivery may take a little longer. Other times, we could be there within a day or two!
Deliveries to Cornwallis, Piha, South Head, Clarks Beach, Manukau Heads, Kawakawa Bay and other remote areas may take longer as we wait until we have enough orders to make the trip economical, or we will reach out and organise with you one of the following:
● Collect from Waimauku or One Tree Hill.
● Meet us in a nearby suburb while we're passing through.
● Combine an order with neighbours, family, or friends to help us get to your area sooner.
Very rarely, a delivery location may be just too remote or inaccesible for us to service safely or economically. In these instances, we'll always try to arrange one of the alternative solutions above. If we're unable to make any of these options work, we'll provide a full refund.
